This is to inform our respected insurance customers that it has come to the attention of the authority of South Asia Insurance Company Limited that some unscrupulous individuals or fraudulent groups are illegally forging the company’s letterhead/pad and preparing or using fake insurance cover notes, insurance policies, and fake money receipts to commit fraudulent activities against insurance customers. In this regard, all our respected insurance customers and concerned persons are specially requested to remain alert and cautious. Customers are requested to obtain insurance services only from our appointed Business Development Officers. The money receipts issued by our company contain a QR code prescribed by IDRA, which can be scanned using a smartphone to easily verify the authenticity of the money receipt. If anyone is deceived by a fraudulent group using a fake company pad due to failure to verify the documents/receipt, South Asia Insurance Company Limited shall not be held responsible. Anyone who becomes a victim of such fraud is advised to immediately contact the nearest police station or our Head Office. Md.
