Honourable Directors & Shareholders Assalamu Alaikum
On behalf of the Board of Directors I feel honoured to present the Annual Report of South Asia Insurance Company Limited for the year ended 3P1 December, 2024. As the Board of Directors has entrusted me to act as Chairman of the Company, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Directors & Shareholders. I always tried to keep the Directors informed regarding company’s business growth and other development activities from time to time. In this connection I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Directors, Shareholders and our business concern for patronizing the company by providing significant volume of insurance business of the Company. I sincerely hope that all Directors and Shareholders of the Company will extend their full support and co-operation in the coming years as well.
You are aware that, during the year 2011, Rajuk allotted 15 kata plot of land in favour of our Company in Uttara Model Town (3rd phase) Sector# 07. After measuring, as per Rajuk letter No Rajuk/Attached & land-23 (Uttara) 3rd phase/3081 date 26/08/2015 they have finally allotted total 12 katas and land registration also completed. We are trying to get allotment of rest of 03 katas land from Rajuk in favour of the Company and now it is under process.

I would like to express my gratitude to the ministry of Finance, Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IORA), Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA), Bangladesh Bank, National Board of Revenue (NBR) Registrar of Joint Stock Company’s & Farms (RJSC) and all others regulatory authorities for their valuable guidance, support & co-operation extended to us.
Once again I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to my fellow board members and shareholders for their support, advice and guidance and also thanks to the management team and all staff members of South Asia Insurance Company Limited for their hard working and sincere devotion for upholding the company’s goodwill and image and also to take efforts to increase company’s business. I hope and believe that the company will grow further under the able guidance and leadership of directors & shareholders of the company in the coming days.
